Frequently Asked Questions

When Will I Receive My Order?

We aim to get your coffee to you as fresh as possible. Orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Do You Deliver Overseas?

At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom due to the complexities and costs associated with international customs and duties.

However, if you’re outside the UK and would still like to place an order, please get in touch. We’re happy to assist and can provide a shipping quote where applicable. For details on customs charges and tax policies, we recommend contacting your local customs office or visiting their official website.

You can find more information in our Delivery & Return Policy.

Can I Return My Order?

Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if there’s an issue with your order or coffee, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

For brewing equipment, accessories, or magazines, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges after the 30-day period.
