Frequently Asked Questions
All coffee subscriptions are dispatched on the Wednesday following your payment date.
Orders placed before midnight on Tuesday will be processed and shipped that Wednesday.
Orders placed on Wednesday will be dispatched the following Wednesday.
Ongoing subscriptions will be shipped at your chosen frequency: weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or every two months.
We use standard UK delivery, so you can expect your order to arrive within 2–3 working days from the dispatch date.
If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team and we’ll resolve it promptly.
For gift subscriptions, payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. This is a one-time payment that covers the entire subscription duration (3, 6, or 12 months).
For ongoing subscriptions, payment is taken automatically based on your selected delivery frequency (e.g. monthly or fortnightly).
Yes, you can pause your coffee subscription at any time through your account. If you need help, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
You can cancel your ongoing subscription at any time by logging into your customer account and navigating to the Subscriptions section. Simply select the subscription you wish to cancel and click “Cancel”.
Please note: Gift subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable and cannot be cancelled mid-term.
Once your subscription has been cancelled you will receive an email confirmation.
Our Gift Coffee subscription is a prepaid, monthly service perfect for any coffee lover. Simply choose the duration (3, 6 or 12 months), and we’ll deliver freshly roasted, ethically sourced speciality coffee straight to your/their door each month.
Yes, the prepaid gift subscription will renew automatically after the selected period.
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account. If you’d prefer not to renew, simply click the “Cancel when prepaid ends” button to prevent automatic renewal.

Yes, you will receive a mix of blend and single origin coffees, however they will be mostly single origin coffees. All the information about the coffees can be found on the label of the coffee bag (i.e., Origin, process, tasting notes, etc..) or you can visit our website for more info.
Once the subscription is purchased, the recipient will receive their first delivery along with a gift card explaining the subscription. No activation is required—they simply enjoy each delivery as it arrives.

Absolutely! Our largest subscription is available in quantities up to 2Kg and you can get them delivered weekly, fortnightly, monthly or every 2 months. Our subscription plans are perfect for any size offices and thirsty home brewers.
Yes, it is. Our coffee bags are made with LDPE 4, like thin plastic shopping bags, you can now drop these off at your local supermarket recycling points, or if your local council accepts 4 LDPE, add it to your recycling. The outer box is FSC- approved, made from responsibly sourced cardboard, and completely recyclable.
