Brix Breaker isn’t just coffee, it’s a conversation starter. Depending on how it’s roasted and brewed, this microlot Pacamara natural process can evoke the delicate floral notes of an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, the smooth body of a Kenyan, or even a fruit-forward explosion reminiscent of a tropical juice. Apple, papaya, mango, and blackberry dance on your palate in a way that makes you question if you’re really drinking coffee or something completely different.


The member farmers of Gold Mountain Coffee Growers in Jinotega, Nicaragua, cultivate Brix Breaker at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,500 meters.
Each cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness and carefully measured with a brix refractometer to ensure optimal sugar levels.
